Relationship Wednesday 7-7-21

“I have a 20 year-old daughter. I’m 41 and have been divorced for three years. I am also dating a 20 year-old woman. She and my daughter went to rival high schools. My girlfriend knows, who my daughter is. My daughter has no idea I have a girlfriend. My best friend says it’s wrong that I’m dating someone as young as my daughter. I’m not so sure because we have great chemistry and always want to be with one another. Is my best friend right? Is it wrong to date someone as young as your daughter? Should I introduce them?”

“One of my favorite days of the year is Amazon Prime Day. I love to shop. I have a secret account that my husband knows nothing about. I use it to treat myself whenever I feel the need. One of my friends says it’s wrong to have the account because I’m hiding it from my husband and being dishonest about money. She says a couple should not have any secrets. She went so far as to say it’s like a form of cheating I disagree. Where do you stand on this? Am I doing anything wrong? I think a confident and independent woman can do what she wants.”
